Now as a semi-retirement business I am "Dr. Fix-it" providing small and major appliance and electronics repair and home maintenance services.
I like DXing and Contesting on HF bands - CW, SSB, and RTTY.
Currently have worked DXCC on all bands from 160m-10m. Have DXCC 160m #2,567.
Focus on 160m DX with 112 confirmed and 119 worked (January 2014). Use temporary Beverages facing Japan, Europe, South America and a BOG (Beverage on Ground) facing South Pacific and California. No amp until January 2016, so all worked with 100W....love the challenge of Top Band!
