My name is THAMBIAH (PILLAI) I live in Walthamstow, LONDON. I have been holding a full license from 1995, I followed this passion all the way to higher education and holding a bachelors degree in Electronic engineering, London. worked as an engineer,allocation adviser for British Telecom-Openreach, left Nov.2023.

I am experiencing difficulties for QSO with UK ops. due to the positioning of my antenna and the nearby largest building to the north is obstructing, better communication with operators from the south and Europe. I have noticed that sometimes, having conversations with Swedish /Finland operators?. Despite this, I have had successful QSOs reaching up to Somalia and Europen region.
