Biography

Something about me

Since I was a little boy I have a passion for amateur radio and I was thrilled when, thanks to my father, I had the opportunity to use a shortwave receiver.

After practicing for a while on 27MH z, I got my license in 1978, call sign IW4ANV.

For a little while I took a break, and now I am back, new call sign IU4GPY.

My house is located in the Appennini mountains, a few Kilometres south of Bologna, in northern Italy

IU4GPY operates human beings to human beings communications only.
