Biography

Newly minted Foundation Licence holder (22/12/23).

An ex Merchant Navy RO, i camr ashore in 1984. I decided to take up amateur radio and try my hand at morse again.

Ive mainly been active on CW AND SSB on HF. I have an old Marconi key (the same model i learnt on) and a Bencher bug key.

My rig is a Xiegu G90 running 10W into a Sotabeans Bandspringer. I plan to improve the antennae before too long.

So much to learn!
